Hi my name is Steve Tallamy and welcome to Steve’s World.
I want to use this Blog to give you general news and views from my life here in Poole, Dorset, UK as well as to keep you updated on how my web site projects are developing.
As I have mentioned I live here in Poole on the beautiful South coast of England, surrounded by the nearby Purbeck Hills and The New Forest, a great place to live. However, and I’m probably not alone here, I never seem to get the time to visit the gorgeous places on my doorstep. I can’t remember the last time I spent a relaxing afternoon on one of the many local beaches for example.
So I decided to do something about it. At the age of 55 I decided to cut the hours I spent at my proper job (I hope my Bank Manager doesn’t read this!) and use that additional time to do what I want to do instead of what my bosses want me to do.
And I can tell you IT’S GREAT.
Much of my new found time has been spent developing my web sites, work I know but work I enjoy and have some fun with, and now that they are up and running and just need regular updating I will have the opportunity to get myself out and about. I will tell you where and what I have been up to in future posts.
