Writing your problems down really can help you solve them or at least point you in the right direction to getting the answer you need.
Every self help program I have used or checked out has always advocated that writing things down in a journal, diary or whatever you feel happy with will help you with the things you write about whether they be problems, goals or any other kind of planning.
Unfortunately, although I enjoy writing I have never really done as instructed and done things my own way (nothing unusual there!) without too much success. Well not the success I had hoped for anyway. But something happened to me yesterday which made me realise that everyone else was right and I was wrong!
So what happened. Nothing dramatic, no bolts of lightening, or manifestations…Sorry!
I had a problem decision to make about how I was operating my Internet Marketing business so thought I would share it with other marketers on a forum I occasionally use. As I was typing my question and without realising it I found I was answering my question, not in words but in my mind. It was as if I was another forum member reading my question and giving me their wisdom. I left the post there for everyone to read but I no longer needed their advice.
By actulally writing the problem down it triggered my subconscious mind into action and instanly the answer come into my conscious mind, which probably thought (as I in fact did), ‘I knew that, obvious isn’t it, it was never a problem anyway was it!’
To be honest I was quite startled by how quickly this all happened but then started to realise that it wasn’t the first time it had happened. It’s just that when it’s happened before I hadn’t noticed or accepted that it was because I had written it down and was questioning myself.
Whether this is what the Law of Attraction is all about, or whether a guardian angel was looking over my shoulder I’m not sure. But as I am a great believer in ‘If it’s not broke don’t fix it’ I tend to believe that it was the awakening of my subconscious that did the trick, whatever it was I am not going to get complex with it, just utilise it more often.
Needless to say the first thing I did this morning was to get myself a big hard back notebook, I highly recommend that you do that same and find out how writing can solve your problems!
Good Luck
Steve
