I wish I had a £1.00 for every time I have heard someone or read somewhere that Internet Marketing is a great way to get rich quick. The strange thing is that those people that spread that rumour around aren’t rich themselves – Why Not?
There is a simple explanation…..
Internet Marketing is NOT a get rich scheme. So don’t believe anyone who tells you it is.
I will grant you that it is a great way to make a living and is probably a quicker way of creating wealth than a most other businesses and with lower overheads anything else that generates a regular income. But to start with it ain’t easy and it ain’t quick. Unless that is you do it properly right from the start that is and you can probably tell by my tone that that’s not what I did!
Developing my own web sites has taught me a lot and in particular, Don’t what Ever You Do Think It Is Going To Be A Piece Of Cake & You Don’t Need Any Help.
That’s where I went wrong and unfortunately I wasted a lot of time, money and effort. I wouldn’t listen and I wouldn’t learn, I knew best. Of course I knew better, I was 54 years old, had never built a web site before, had never sold anything on the Internet before, I knew it all didn’t I!
So I decided that while I was setting up my web sites I would set up www.stevetallamy.com and tell you all how NOT to make the same mistakes as I did and where and how to get the help you need to be a success in Internet Marketing.
About a year ago I was sensible enough to go to a Internet Marketing Boot Camp held locally and it was the three days there where I HAD to sit, watch and listen that I realized how little I knew and desperately needed help. And that is what I want to share with you here and at www.stevetallamy.com – how NOT to fail like I did.
I will recommend the courses I have successfully used, the people I follow as mentors, how to easily submit articles to 1,000s of publishing sites quickly and easily and a whole lot more. Basically I will share with you everything I have learnt so that you don’t have to go through the same anguish and heartaches that I went through.
There is a whole lot of garbage information out there, probably from the same people that tell you that Internet Marketing is a Get Rich Scheme. Hopefully I will be able to steer you clear of the sharks and point you in the right direction.
